Waypoint is a product built by EC Group, a family run software company in Grand Rapids. It is run by Mike Sudyk, 2nd gen, and a member of the FBA.

The product was built because they needed a better way to ensure that the culture of the company remained intact as they grew. After talking with their clients they realized others needed a tool too, and Waypoint was born. Waypoint ensures that you’re having regular and meaningful conversations with your team members, coaching them to their full potential.

Waypoint is a tool that helps managers have better one on ones with their team by working in the background to assist scheduling meetings, sending pre meeting forms to employees, and notifying you of how you have been doing with your team. It is much like a personal trainer for your leadership skills.
